Security & Encryption
All payment data is encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology and transmitted directly to Stripe. We never store complete credit card numbers or bank account details on our servers. Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified, ensuring the highest level of payment security.
Currency & Fees
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
- Payment processing fees are included in the listed price. No hidden charges apply.
- International transactions may incur additional fees from your financial institution.
Refunds & Cancellations
- Escrow Cancellations: Full refunds are issued if the transaction is canceled before funds are released.
- Service Refunds: Eligible refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Subscription Cancellations: Cancel anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we'll notify you immediately. You have 7 days to update your payment information before services are suspended. We'll attempt to process payment up to 3 times before cancellation.
Disputes & Chargebacks
